UK record label – ATM entertainment has terminated its collaborative contract with singer Fhish.
In an email, ATM entertainment revealed Fhish breached his contract several times and also failed to sign an undertaking to uphold its terms.
Fhish took to social media to reveal the content of this email and also announce the end of his contract with ATM entertainment due to “reasons really personal to him”.
Word on street has it that Fhish did several shows with his label’s knowledge or consent and refused to uphold the terms of his contract after being served a Notice of Breach of Contract served on January 5, 2021.
When contacted ATM entertainment said “We have no comment, as this is still a legal proceeding” and Fhish did not respond to our request for a comment.
This is an end to a less than a year old contract between Fhish and ATM entertainment.
